All of our customers are automatically enrolled in pro support to accommodate the majority of the self-starter companies. Resources are accessible online at anytime and issue a request with a question that's not answered. The majority of the questions can be answered via our online self-services or by your site-admin. Your site-admin can also call us with the questions and will be answered during the work week or within 2 business days. Developer support is only available for a fee and on a case to case basis.

Progenist™ is able to offer our subscription at an extremely reasonable price with help from all of you as our customer. Most of the heavy lifting to keep the systems going has already been done. However we have found that most of the support request came in the form on how do I do this or that? In order to keep the traffic of IMN at a manageable number, whenever you have a question on "how to" and you can't find the answer in our Progenist TrackerSolutions™, we'd strongly suggest you to contact your site admin. If he or she can't answer your question, have him or her contact us right away. That way, we have one point of contact from your company who can collect the data on the requests and decide whether more training is needed.
